Ten Years of Wine, Women and Song
by Bob
It's hard to believe it has been 10 years since I put out the first volume of Wine, Women and Song! Much has happened and much has not! I have completed two more volumes (The Bad Guys and The Golden Age, natch), completed two issues of Corb Lund's Western Tales (issue #2 is in the can!), illustrated two 100 page Graphic Novels (The Duchess Ranch of Old John Ware and 13 Minutes, respectively), as well as numerous editorial illustrations, T-Shirt designs and album art, and it has been a great ride.
As it stands now, I am free to return to wrap up Wine, Women and Song for the fourth and final volume in it's original format on it's 10th anniversary. I feel the urge to do one more volume because 4 is my lucky number and I'm a bit OCD that way! Wine, Women and Song will continue in a variety of formats because the stories I have planned do not all fit the 4 issue structure.
Awesome, thanks for being there! Keep your eyes peeled!

How I Spent My Summer Vacation
by Bob
This summer saw the release of "The Duchess Ranch of Old John Ware" written by James Davidge, and published by Bayeux Arts.
To coincide with the release of the Graphic Novel, the Glenbow Museum in Calgary invited James and I to be a part of Historic Calgary Week, and take part in a book launch and discussion about the life of the John Ware project.
The event was attended by around 100 history buffs, art lovers, and even relatives of characters in the book. It was amazing and one of the highlights of my career.
